Piemme Telecom’s highly specialized staff can provide technical assistance and corrective maintenance services, in order to minimize the times of recovery after any disservice, in accordance with the SLA agreed. Collaboration with third parties – when necessary – enables us to provide a very extensive service on the territory, as well as a SPOC service (Single Point of Contact) for ticketing management.
Service continuity is the goal. That’s why we have two data centres for hosting and virtualization services, located by two different operators, in order to minimize any risk of disservice.
Our monitoring service enables us to detect the disservice before the client notices.
Calls can be forwarded through the reserved area available for customers, in order to track and report them by means of a ticketing service.
